Acceptance of these Terms.

By using RevClub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What RevClub does.

RevClub lets users post car builds, upload public or private car photos, discover photo spots, react through likes, loves, and dislikes, view car model pages, follow users, save spots, report content, and block users.

Accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity on your account. Use accurate information and do not impersonate another person.

Age requirement.

Users must be at least 13 years old to use RevClub. If we believe an account belongs to a user under 13, we may remove it.

User content.

You are responsible for all content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to upload it. Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, infringing, or that promotes harm. Uploaded images may be screened by automated and manual moderation tools before or after they appear in the app.

Content licence to RevClub.

You grant RevClub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, adapt for display, and distribute your content for operating, displaying, and promoting the service. This licence is not permission to sell your content to third parties.

Ownership.

You keep ownership of content you upload. You must not upload photos, text, or other material that you do not own or have permission to use.

Location and spot content.

Spot content must not refer to private property without the owner's permission, and must not be used to identify or expose individuals' homes or workplaces. You are responsible for checking whether a location is legal and safe before visiting. RevClub does not encourage trespassing, unsafe driving, illegal parking, or entering restricted locations.

Spot submissions and access.

If you submit a photo spot, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, the location is publicly accessible or that you have permission from the landowner or relevant rights-holder to share it on RevClub.

You must not submit a location that requires trespass, breach of access restrictions, unsafe driving, unsafe parking, or other unlawful conduct to use or access.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the location and access information you submit. If you breach this confirmation, you may be responsible for losses or claims reasonably caused by that breach.

RevClub does not independently verify access rights for every submitted spot and may remove, restrict, or investigate locations that are reported as inaccurate, unsafe, private, or unlawfully shared.

Prohibited conduct.

• Harassment, bullying, hate, threats, or targeting people.
• CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual, explicit, violent, or exploitative content.
• Illegal or reckless driving content.
• Trespassing encouragement.
• Spam, fraud, impersonation, scraping, ranking manipulation, or intellectual-property infringement.
• Attempting to bypass moderation, security, or access controls.
• Using RevClub to identify, expose, or target people.
• Other illegal, abusive, unsafe, or objectionable content or conduct.

Reporting, blocking, and moderation.

Users can report profiles, builds, photos, spots, and other content. Users can block other users. RevClub uses automated and manual moderation, and moderators may act on reports or automated moderation signals. RevClub has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We act on reported objectionable content within 24 hours and may reject, remove, keep pending, or escalate content, and may ban users without notice. RevClub may remove content or suspend or ban accounts at any time, with or without notice, for safety, legal, or moderation reasons.

Rankings, discovery, and swipes.

Rankings, discovery placement, and Swipe visibility are not guaranteed. RevClub may change ranking and discovery logic. You must not manipulate swipes, likes, loves, dislikes, or rankings.

Service availability.

RevClub is provided as is. The service may contain bugs, interruptions, inaccurate information, unavailable features, or data delays.

Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevClub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of content, personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from user-generated content, community locations, unsafe driving, trespassing, third-party conduct, or use of the app.

Suspension and termination.

RevClub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risk, or create legal risk.

Account deletion.

You may delete your account from inside the app. Deletion is permanent. Some safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or moderation records may be retained where necessary.

RevClub QR stickers.

RevClub QR stickers link to customer-provided RevClub or mod list URLs. You are responsible for making sure sticker details, build information, and QR or mod list links are accurate before ordering. We may contact you if order details are unclear.

Custom stickers are for personal use unless otherwise agreed with RevClub. RevClub may refuse or cancel abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, or otherwise unsuitable orders. RevClub branding, artwork, names, and content remain owned by RevClub.

Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
